Delivery
Once an order is confirmed it enters the production schedule. Because compact porcelain and natural stone tops are cut to size, production time varies by product; the exact lead time is confirmed when you order.
- We deliver throughout Türkiye.
- Products are shipped insured, with corner-protected packaging.
- Installation support: Installation is free of charge within Istanbul. Outside Istanbul the piece is delivered and assembled by our partner team; shipping is paid by the buyer.
- Shipping cost and delivery time: Delivery is free within Istanbul; outside Istanbul the shipping cost is paid by the buyer. Delivery is usually completed within 14–21 days.
On delivery
Inspect the packaging in the presence of the delivery driver. If you see breakage, cracks or impact marks, do not accept the delivery without having a damage report drawn up — claims made without such a report are not covered by insurance.
Returns and right of withdrawal
Under the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation a consumer may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. However, under Article 15 of the same regulation, goods made to the customer’s own measurements and material choices fall outside the right of withdrawal. This exception applies to our made-to-measure tables.
For standard-size items sold from stock, returns are accepted provided the product is unused and in its original packaging. Contact us for information on return shipping costs and the process.
Warranty
Warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects: 2 years from the delivery date. Variations in veining, tone and porosity inherent to natural stone are not considered defects. The warranty does not cover breakage caused by misuse, impact or dropping; dulling caused by staining liquids such as lemon, vinegar or wine and by abrasive cleaners; use in damp conditions, in direct sunlight or next to a heat source; or damage occurring while the buyer transports, dismantles or reassembles the piece. Repairs in these cases are chargeable.
