What data we collect
- Quote and contact forms: your name, phone number, e-mail address and the message you write.
- Technical records: your IP address and the page the request came from, used to prevent form abuse.

- To respond to your quote request and provide product information
- To manage the order process and plan delivery
- To meet our legal record-keeping and disclosure obligations
- To block automated and spam submissions sent through the form
Legal basis
Your data is processed under Article 5/2-(c) of the KVKK, as directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, and under Article 5/2-(f) on the basis of our legitimate interest. Where explicit consent is required, we ask for it separately.
Who we share it with
Your personal data is never shared with third parties for marketing. It is shared only with the carriers we work with, for delivery, and with competent public authorities upon lawful request — in each case only as far as necessary. Our hosting provider acts as a data processor.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept for at most 3 years after the request is closed. Where a request turns into a commercial relationship, the statutory retention periods apply — 10 years under the Turkish Commercial Code. At the end of the period the data is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to ask for correction or deletion, to object to processing, and to claim compensation if you suffer damage.
